Mango Salsa

Chips and salsa are a mainstay of any sports related get together. Instead of buying canned salsa you should try making your own. It is much more fun to make your own, plus you can make the salsa however you want. While I love tomato salsa, I love to kick up the flavors whenever I am preparing something ordinary such as salsa. Mango salsa is a must try recipe. The refreshing flavors in this salsa will become an instant hit with your friends and family. If you are scared about making salsa please do not be  It is so simple to make that I believe it is fool proof.  Next time you have friends over give this salsa recipe a try.

Ingredients:
two mangoes diced
one tomato diced
half a red onion diced
two cloves of garlic minced
3/4 cup of chopped cilantro
the juice of one lime
one jalapeno diced (if you want less heat you should take out the seeds and the white membrane)
salt
ground black pepper
tablespoon red wine vinegar.
two teaspoons of sugar

Method:
Dice the mangoes, tomato, onion, and jalapeno. Place the diced ingredients into a mixing bowl. Next mince the garlic and place in the mixing bowl with the previously diced ingredients. Add the lime juice, sugar, red wine vinegar, salt , and ground black pepper. Finally add the chopped fresh cilantro and mix all of the ingredients until fully incorporated. Serve with tortilla chips or as a side for taco night.
